The former Kiambu Governor is in more pain after he was sentenced today to serve another 13 years in jail over the Sh 588.7 million money laundering charges.
He was sentenced by Chief Magistrate Harrison Baraza of the Anti-Corruption Court alongside his wife, Susan Wangari, and a businessman, Charles Chege. Also sentenced was Beth Wangari, a company associate linked with the disputed road contract.
